Review Our Feedback provides public review information and optional business service assistance. It is independent of the review and social platforms displayed.

Public results and limitations

Ratings and review totals are shown where collected and verified. Figures can change and may be delayed or unavailable. A missing match does not prove an account does not exist. Google website indexing does not establish a Google Maps review rating.

Monitoring subscriptions

Monitoring plans are monthly subscriptions. Check the selected plan, currency, total and renewal information in Stripe checkout before paying. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Contact support for billing or cancellation assistance; applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

Review reply services

USD is the base pricing currency; displayed local prices use the selected exchange rate. Stripe shows the final billing currency and total before payment. Reply Assist has a USD base price of US$19.95 per platform per month for up to 20 reply drafts; you approve and publish. Managed Replies is US$49.95 per platform per month for monitoring and up to 30 replies through authorised access. These services are separate from monitoring plans and are currently available by enquiry, with no payment taken on the enquiry form.

Onboarding and approval

Eligibility, access, scope, taxes and any third-party fees are confirmed before service starts. The proposed managed-response target is within one business day of detecting a review and is confirmed during onboarding. Sensitive complaints are referred to the owner for approval. You remain responsible for approving facts and authorising account use.

Genuine feedback

Services support genuine customer feedback and professional responses. We do not guarantee higher ratings, review removal, platform approval or search rankings. We do not sell fake reviews.
