This page explains the information used by Review Our Feedback’s current website and service enquiry flow.

Website searches

We store the website you enter, search status and public information returned by our data providers, including matched profile links, ratings, review totals and website-linked social profiles. Search results can be opened using their result URL. Do not enter confidential information into the public website check.

Accounts and service requests

Account details support login and subscription access. Optional service enquiries store your website, email, selected service, selected platforms and request date so your request can be handled. Sending a service enquiry does not add a marketing subscription.

Service providers

Floot hosts the website, Apify supplies public-platform search data and Stripe handles subscription payments. Review Our Feedback does not store full payment-card details. Buffer is a scheduling provider discussed in our posting service; this enquiry page does not connect your Buffer account.

Cookies and access

Account sessions use browser storage or cookies needed for sign-in. Keep your passwords private. Managed services require secure, authorised access arranged during onboarding.

Privacy requests

Use Contact & support for access, correction, deletion or questions about your information. Include only the details needed to identify your request.
